Physical Education classes include yoga and drill exercises. These classes are held once a week from Nursery onwards. Students need to have a healthy and disciplined lifestyle. These classes help children to be more fit, active and agile. Physical education classes as a part of school’s curriculum help to shape a child’s personality. Sports give children confidence and a sense of worth. It also gives children the opportunity to learn to cooperate, build relationships with their teammates and enhance their skills.
