Admission Procedures

General Instructions for Parents

1. Admission Form to be collected from the School Office.
2. Incomplete or illegible Admission Forms will be considered invalid.
3. Registration is followed by an interaction for which date and time will be intimated after
   the submission of the form.
4. Form submission does not imply admission which is subject to admission test and interaction
   and the availability of seats.
5. Admission to Nursery will be through observation/interaction.
6. Students seeking Admission in classes LKG – IV should appear for a written test followed by
   an interaction with Sister/Principal.
7. It is strictly advised that the parents should fill in the admission form themselves. In
   case of absence of the parent, the authorized local guardian may fill in the form. The same
   local guardian’s signature is to be endorsed if the child gets admission.
8. Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth mentioned in the Admission Form tallies
   with that on the original Birth Certificate.
9. Transfer Certificate is to be submitted before the commencement of the academic session.
   Admission will stand cancelled in case the Transfer Certificate is not submitted in time.
10. In case of interstate transfers the Transfer Certificate should be counter signed by the
    D.I. of schools or R.O. / E.O. of the Boards.
11. The following documents are to be submitted at the time of submission of Admission Form:
    Duly filled and signed admission form. 1pc of passport size photo of the child.
    Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent
    authority. Original Birth Certificate will be required for verification.
    Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the student.
    Photocopy of Final mark sheet of last academic session / mid – term mark sheet ofcurrent
    academic session.
    Income Certificate from Panchayat/Counsellor
    Caste Certificate (Applicable for SC/ST/OBC.)
