Guardians are asked to review the assignmentsand communication section of their students’ work to understand the progress of their wards and to properly respond to teachers’ comments. Please sign every day in the diary and also the Principal’s and Teacher’s page as and when required.
If lost, school diaries can be replaced at a cost of Rs. 100/-.
Duplicated mark sheets are available for guardians at a cost of Rs. 50/- each.
Absences for more than 2 days due to sickness require a medical certificate.
Please do not send sick children to school. A Half day leave is not allowed.
No leave can be granted to student for birthday celebrations, marriages, feasts, excursions.
The Transfer Certificate or the Progress Report shall not be issued until all the dues are paid. For transfer certificates, a month’s notice is required with a fee Rs. 300/-.
For any certificate, Rs. 100/- is required.
If students commit a serious offense, the guardian may be asked to take the transfer certificate for their ward.
Promotions are granted based on the overall achievement of the pupil. There is no guarantee for admission/Promotion to a particular class.
A pupil failing in a class twice must discontinue his/her studies in the school.
In matters of promotion, the final decision belongs to the Headmaster and the Administrator. Requests for reconsideration of a decision will not be entertained.
Please bring the escort cards while collecting your child after school. We cannot handover the child without escort cards to anyone.
Two Face Masks and a small bottle of sanitizer is compulsory for every student.
Parents are requested to come in the School Premises in Proper attire.
Parents are requested to behave properly with the teachers and staff.
It is not allowed to handover anything such as tiffin boxes, water bottles, stationeries, projects to their wards after the commencement of the class.
Any damage done to School property must be made good by the student responsible or by the class as a whole, as will be decided by the authorities. Individual or collective fines can be imposed by the School authorities.
Special arrangements cannot be made for pupils who, for any reason are absent from any written examination/test.
Parents are not allowed to meet their wards during School hours without special permission from the Principal/Administrator.
This being an English-medium School, the students are to be encouraged to speak in English at all times during School hours, except when attending the vernacular classes. Failure to do so may entail the imposition of a fine.
Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and personal belonging at school. Anything lost will not be compensated by the School Authorities. The parents are requested not to allow cash or costly articles to be brought to school by their wards.
Pupils may be required to take part in extra-curricular activities such as Debate, Drama, Quiz, Music and Singing. Participation in such activities and practice, after the school hours/Saturday may be deemed compulsory.
Parents and Guardians are requested to see that their wards are clean and tidy when they come to school and that they wear the correct SCHOOL UNIFORM.
